I was 20 before I even knew there was a difference in tast between a chicken and a turkey. It never dawned on me that they would taste differently, since they looked so similar.

That's one of the bad things about not having a sense of smell/flavors. OTOH, I always got the leftovers at my house, weeks later... [img]confused.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/gulp.gif[/img]

Long time no type. Five day work week for me, 3 at one job and 2 at the restaurant.

Thanksgiving buffet is filled to capacity and now that the weather is cooling off the place is getting packed again (thank God)

Have I missed anything good lately??

there is a difference in taste between turkey and chicken. The only good reason to do turkey instead of chicken is because it's bigger not because it's better.
